Ventilated porcelain facade of a commercial building

The task

Multi-storey and commercial buildings need a facade that is safe at height and keeps its look for a long time. That is why we recommend a ventilated system on a frame for buildings above three floors.

What was done

• inspecting the walls and calculating the fixing system;
• installing the frame and the insulation with an air gap;
• cutting and fixing large-format porcelain slabs;
• controlling the level and joints, cladding windows and entrances.

Materials and format

Porcelain stoneware is resistant to frost and moisture, does not fade and does not absorb water. A high-rise surcharge is added for every floor above the third, so we calculate such projects individually.

Stages of work

1. Consultation and measuring: we assess the volume and the substrate and recommend a material.
2. Quote: we fix the cost by format, volume and additional works.
3. Substrate preparation: grinding, waterproofing, levelling, level control.
4. Cutting and installation according to the layout, levelling system.
5. Grouting, cleaning and handover of the result together with you.
