This policy explains how the mstone.ua website (the Site) collects, uses and protects visitors’ personal data. It is drawn up in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. By leaving a request, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Which data we collect
- in the request form: name, phone, email (optional), preferred way of contact (call, WhatsApp, Viber, email) and the message text;
- in the calculators: calculation parameters (slab format, area, material) if you send them in a request;
- technical data: IP address, browser type, page and time of the visit; they are needed for site security and for protecting forms from spam (Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile).
Why we use the data
- to contact you and answer your request;
- to prepare a cost calculation and a quote;
- to carry out the order and the warranty obligations;
- to protect the site and the forms from abuse;
- to improve the content and usability of the site.
Basis for processing
The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the request form, and the need to carry out the order you have placed. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share the data with
We do not sell or pass personal data on for third-party advertising. The site uses hosting and protection services (in particular Cloudflare) and email and the manager who processes the request. Data may be provided to state authorities only in cases provided for by law.
How long the data are kept
We keep the data while the order is being carried out and for 18 months after it.
Cookies
The site uses technical cookies that are necessary for operation and for protecting forms. To analyse traffic we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads: they set analytics cookies and send Google anonymised visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate country and city). We do not identify individual visitors from this data. You can switch analytics cookies off in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on. Analytics cookies and ad measurement are switched on only after you agree in the banner at the bottom of the page; declining does not affect how the site works. Your choice is kept in your browser: to change it, clear the site data.
Your rights
You have the right to know which data about you are stored, to demand their correction or deletion, to restrict processing and to withdraw consent. To do so, write to [email protected]: we will reply within the term established by law.
Security
Data are transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS), only authorised employees have access to requests, and the forms are protected from automated submissions.
