Bedroom, living room and shower with stone

The task

Stone in living rooms works as an accent: the wall behind the bed, a fireplace surround, a shower area. It adds texture and gives the space character.

What was done

• cladding an accent wall or a fireplace surround;
• a shower area and bathtub in a single style;
• complex joints and built-in lighting;
• protecting the surfaces and care recommendations.

Materials and format

For a fireplace the heat resistance of the material must be taken into account, so we choose the stone and the adhesive for the conditions. We agree the choice of materials and colours with your design.

Stages of work

1. Consultation and measuring: we assess the volume and the substrate and recommend a material.
2. Quote: we fix the cost by format, volume and additional works.
3. Substrate preparation: grinding, waterproofing, levelling, level control.
4. Cutting and installation according to the layout, levelling system.
5. Grouting, cleaning and handover of the result together with you.
