Desnianskyi District, Kyiv

Which work is needed most often in the Desnianskyi district

• laying large-format tile and porcelain stoneware on floors in apartments and new buildings;
• cladding bathrooms and restrooms with tile and stone;
• kitchen backsplashes, countertops and window sills of stone and porcelain stoneware;
• cladding stairs and entrances, and floors of commercial premises.

In apartment blocks, before laying a large format we check the level of the substrate with a laser: unevenness must not exceed 2 mm per 2 metres, otherwise levelling is needed.

Materials and formats

We work with large-format porcelain stoneware (from 600×600 to 1600×3200 mm and larger), as well as travertine, marble, granite, onyx and limestone. We choose the material, format and thickness of slabs for the space: they differ for floors, walls, stairs, facades and products. Stone catalogue: natural stone and porcelain stoneware.

Our work and services

Examples of finished projects by direction are collected in the work galleries and the portfolio: facades, bathrooms, stairs, floors, countertops and stone interiors. More about each service: large-format tile installation, facade cladding, natural stone installation, countertops and window sills.

How we work

First a consultation and measuring: a specialist assesses the volume and the condition of the substrate and recommends a material. Then the quote, substrate preparation, cutting and laying to the layout, grouting and handover. The cost for your project in the Desnianskyi district is confirmed by the manager after the consultation; a preliminary estimate is shown by the calculators, and answers to common questions are collected on the Questions and answers page.
